Bulk Orders and Discounts
We offer a discount to purchases of 20 pieces and higher. Each quote is different, depending on the quantity, style and frequency of the purchase. The larger the quantity, the larger the discount. Please visit our Contact Form, give us as much information on your purchase as possible, reply time is normally within 48 business hours.
Please also note, delivery time is not immediate, depending on how many items we have in stock, will also determine delivery time. For Customers who are planning ahead, please give yourself a minimum of 2 - 3 weeks to avoid dissapointment.
Returns
It is important to us that all our Customers be fully satisfied and happy with the quality of their purchases. All purchases that need to be returned for either an exchange or refund, have to be received in our office no later than 15 days after receipt of delivery.
We cannot accept laundered or altered garments. Items that have been Embroidered cannot be returned, unless the items Embroidered were incorrect due to our error. Therefore the item will have to be returned for the correction at no cost to the Customer.
Any items that are not received in our office within 15 days of receipt of delivery will only be issued a credit and not a refund. (minus shipping and handling costs) The items will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Therefore, we ask Customers to please try on their garments as soon as the items are delivered to avoid any extra unnexpected costs and dissapointment.
Refunds are minus any shipping and handling fees on the order, and will be issued within 30 days of receipt the items in our office. Postage on items that are being returned for an exchange are the responsibility of the Customer.
Before any items are to be returned, please contact our office first, so notations on Customers' orders can be made and prepared for refund or credit as soon as the items are received in our office. If Customers do not call in prior to returning items, the refund/credit or exchange will take that much longer. When shipping back any items, we request you ship the items either with a Courier such as UPS or Fedex so that a tracking number will be issued to you for delivery guarantee purposes.
Items that are shipped with the Post Office without the the purchase of either Registered or Certified Mail options, may not have the Guarantee of Proof of any Delivery that they need. A $0.40 Proof of Delivery Slip is no form of Guarantee of Delivery, and claiming back from the Post Office on the items lost enroute to our office will be very difficult and time consuming for you. Please ship responsibly.
International Shipping
International orders are usually always sent via a Courier, but Customers will always be given the difference in price between a Courier and the US Postal Service and will notify us of their delivery method of choice. If the Country of Destination is not serviced by any of the Couriers of our choice: Fedex, DHL and Airborne Express, we will always choose the US Postal Service.
Should you have your own Account number with a Courier, please furnish our office with the name of the Courier and your Account number and we will arrange to have your items collected and shipped on your behalf. Should you use a Courier other than the Couriers listed above, the cost of the packaging will be added to your order. The Couriers listed above provide shipping materials in certain sizes for Free, and therefore will not cost you any extra unless your order is so large that we have to use other boxes that they cannot supply.
Time frame on delivery varies from Country to Country and Courier to Courier. Once your order is received in our office, the costs and approximate time of delivery will be determind and e-mailed to you. We then ask you to confirm with our office to either continue or cancel the order.
With a Courier, you will always have a Tracking Number and usually the first $100.00 of Insurance is included in the price. Further insurance to cover the balance of the costs of the items, should they be over $100.00, are added to the cost of the shipment and will be included in the price quoted on your delivery costs. The cost of import taxes will be the Customers responsibilty.
Should you require the cost of delivery to an International Destination prior to ordering, we will need the full Address, Country of destination and the approximate items including the quantity you will require. Please remember that Courier costs are based on weight and not the number of items being shipped.
